Mr. Sung has accumulated over 40 years’experience in General Practice Surveying. He worked in the Hong Kong Governmentfrom 1974 to 1985 and prior to leaving the Civil Service held the rank of Senior Estate Surveyor. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Sung was employed by the Housing Development Board of the Singapore Government as Executive Estate Officer, responsible for property management of Government Housing Estates. In 1989 to1991, Mr. Sung joined ESMACO Pte. Ltd as General Manager and responsible forthe Chairman of the Hong Wah Town Council in Singapore. He left Singapore in 1992 and established Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limited in Hong Kong. With his experience and knowledge in the field of Real Estate, he had accomplished a series of major land development projects.

Mr. Ng has accumulated over 30 years’experience in General Practice Surveying. He worked in the Hong Kong Governmentfrom 1971 to 2009 and prior to leaving the Civil Service held the rank of Deputy Director (Specialist) of Lands Department. After retired from the Civil Service in 2009, Mr. Ng assisted as part-time lecturer in City University of Hong Kong and University of Hong Kong, and as vice tutor to doctorate degreestudents in Renmin University of China.

Mr. Sung joined Lawson David and Sung Surveyors Limited in the year 2000. Since then, Mr. Sung accumulated his experience in the real estate market including in the field of valuation, town planning and development, estate agency and land administration. Mr. Sung now responsible in the strategic planning and development of the oversea market, particularly in Mainland China and Singapore.

Mr. Pun joined the Architectural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government in 1965. He then been working with the Government for over 23 years and held the position of Chief Architect before leaving the Civil Services. In 1998, Mr. Pun left the Civil Service and joined First City International Limited and became an Associate Director of Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limited. Over the years, Mr. Pun had involved inmany projects including the Kowloon Police Headquarters, the Prince of Wales Building as well as the development of Shatin New Town.

Miss Lee joined Lawson David and Sung Surveyors Ltd. as a Senior Town Planner in the year 2012. She is a CharteredTown Planner with over 10 years of experience in the planning profession. Hermain duties include providing professional advice to Client, preparing planning statements in support of statutory planning applications and different kinds offeasibility studies. She is also responsible to give planning inputs to thein-house surveyors in respect of property valuation, land administration andestate agency. She has accumulated her considerable experienced in dealing very closely with multi-disciplinary project team members and officers of various Government departments with regard to development proposals.

Mr. Wong’s professionalism is ranging from property management, property development, and estate agency as well as project management.

Mr Lam has accumulated over 25 years’ experience in General Practice Surveying as a qualified surveyor.  He worked in Government including Lands Department, Government Property Agency, Rating and Valuation Department, and in private practice like Great Eagle Estate Agency Limited, Jones Lang Wootton. He has good experience and expertise in (i) land matters like land exchange/ modification, premium assessment etc.; (ii) valuation in all types of property; (iii) rating matters like rating assessment, appeal etc.; and (iv) market research and feasibility study in development potential etc.

Mr. Au has 29 years of hand on hand landmanagement, land acquisition and project management experience in the New Territories. In 1994 to 1997, he held the post of Land Control Officer responsible to promulgate the environmental control exercise and to set up a new office to clean up the scattering environmental black-spots created by open storage on uncontrolled lands. After the exercise, Mr. Au was then assigned tohold the position of Principle Land Executive responsible for the overall control of the land acquisition projects for the West Rail (Rural) Development. Mr. Au left the Civil Service in 1999 and joined as a Senior Consultant of Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limited.

Mr. Tse joined the Lands Department in 1974 and serviced the Government for 25 years. Prior leaving the Civil Services, heheld the post of Chief Land Executive. During his time with the Government, his specialized in attending lands matters including: -

3、 Planning and estimation of resumptioncosts and staff resources
4、 Implementation of development projects

Mr. Lam was the Senior Technical Office (Civil) in Territory Development Department of HKSAR Government. After retiredfrom the Government, Mr. Lam joined Lawson David & Sung Surveyors Limitedin mid-1994. Mr. Lam gained experience in constructing New Territories Exempted House, especially in Yuen Long and Tuen Mun districts and is a registered T2 officer at the respective District Lands Office.
